Very poor experience. We ordered several windows. The tall window was fitted with the handle on the wrong side, despite the agreed quote specifying otherwise. Another window, with one fixed panel and one opening panel, was also installed/manufactured the wrong way round. The worst issue is that the external trims were not completed, leaving the windows unfinished from the outside. We raised this with them, but they refused to come back and put it right. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to fix clear issues and complete the job properly is unacceptable. Very poor workmanship and aftercare.

Really fantastic work by IC Glazing. Great communication up front and very easy to book both the survey and the works. They were punctual on the day and completed the works very efficiently. We were very impressed with how well they cleaned up afterwards too. I would happily recommend them to others.
