  New patio doors and renovation of living room/dining room.

  ICM Building show a high level of attention to detail, courtesy and experience. Ian and his team took every effort to mitigate the effect of the work on us, and were especially mindful of my heavily pregnant wife. Due to extra scope we requested the job took longer however he worked through the weekend to ensure the job was completed before the baby was born (which in fact was the Monday!). His plastering especially has drawn compliments from everyone who has seen it.

  Remedial works.

  Ian and his team restored our faith after a previous builder had fitted ply incorrectly to our subfloor resulting in the floor having to be taken up and re-laid. ICM made good the sub floor and dpc, and laid new ply ready to receive our flooring. They also replastered a wall for us. All of the work is of the highest standard and the attention to detail is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Single storey rear extension.

  Right from the start Ian was very courteous and the information provided detailed. He and his team were very thorough, hard working and their attention to detail was second to none! I really liked that the team could see the job through from start to finish due to the extensive wealth of knowledge they carried. Not only are they highly skilled builders, they are also able to carry out other skilled tasks. Such as all the ground works, kitchen fitting, flooring, plastering etc. They always arrived promptly and left everything clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Ian.

  Rear extension.

  Ian's an exceptionally talented builder with a focus on quality and tidiness. He's didn't give the cheapest quote but from seeing his previous work we were assured of the quality of his workmanship. He's really helpful at presenting options on the build and is transparent about any additional costs. Unlike a lot of builders I've used in the past he's very tidy and we've even received comments from the neighbors about how polite and tidy he is.
