Mr Collins was helpful, polite and very good at his job. His work is excellent and everything was left clean and tidy. His charges are also very reasonable.

Made initial contact by phone where a site visit was quickly arranged for soon afterwards to assess the job. Visit took place exactly as agreed, with all aspects of the job taken on board, with a straightforward and reasonable quote received the next day. Job was able to be done very soon after the quote was agreed. Everything then took place as planned, on time, tidily and politely. All parts needing repair or replacement were finished off neatly. Very pleased.
