Tom submitted the wrong application type to the council which cost approximately 4 months. We had to resubmit the correct application type ourselves and pay another application fee. But even worse, Tom owed us a £375 refund for a building regs app we ended up submitting ourselves. I've been waiting 4 weeks and had multiple excuses, but no refund. And now Tom is ignoring my messages. Avoid at all costs.

I can't recommend Iconic design highly enough. Tom was punctual, polite and knowledgeable he completed the drawings promptly. He also explained the whole planning process and gave us the option navigate for ourselves but also offered to walk us through which we accepted. If your thinking of going through this process then speaking to Tom is a must.

Tom was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and had the first draft sent to us within 12 hours. There were a few back and forths on adjustments which were also handled in no more than a couple of days. Tom then submitted our planning application and building regs application for us. This was also done for one of the most competitive quotes we had. We would use Tom again in future.
