Ian stayed with us throughout the entire process, promptly answering questions, providing insights and advice, and ensuring the job was progressing well. His vision for our extension space far exceeded the original concept we had in mind. With his help, we now have a fantastic space instead of just a nice one! Ian guided us through applying for a 6-meter extension and made sure we understood all the options and constraints when we made suggestions or change. .

ICSDesignAndBuild provided professional communication and suggestions from the kitchen design and installation to the additional room ensuite. I recommend without reservation.

  ICS Design were very meticulous with the planning / execution of this project. The guided us by providing very useful tips that helped us to save money and worked with us from the design stage by connecting us with an architect who ensured our requirements were met. The entire project from the extension, kitchen installation, open plan concept, building a new porch to media centre build were all delivered to very high standard to the admiration of our guests who have since engaged the company to recreate similar project for them. I highly recommend ICS Design for all your building needs

  Existing chimney breast , installed metal steel and brackets, plastered and painted

  Ian was brilliant from start to finish ! Informative, clean and tidy and looks as if the chimney breast was never even touched to start with. His a great guy! I would highly recommend and would use going forward. He was so helpful ! So hard working!
