  Wall removal

  Ian is a proficient and hardworking builder. He is honest and reliable and takes great care of of the furniture and artifacts within the work area. He did my job within the time frame given at the outset and he was very fair in his pricing of the job with no add ons. I was a bit worried to engage a builder, - as an elderly lady. He is highly recommended by me.

  Professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness are the words I use to describe our experience with Ian of ICS Design. Ian stayed with us throughout the entire process, promptly answering questions, providing insights and advice, and ensuring the job was progressing well. His vision for our extension space far exceeded the original concept we had in mind. With his help, we now have a fantastic space instead of just a nice one! Ian guided us through applying for a 6-meter extension and made sure we understood all the options and constraints when we made suggestions or change. .

  Rear Extention

  Engaged the services of ICSDesignAndBuild for my 6m Rear Extension project. the completed work speaks for itself, I am very pleased. ICSDesignAndBuild provided professional communication and suggestions from the kitchen design and installation to the additional room ensuite. I recommend without reservation.

  6m House Extension/Kitchen Installation/Porch/Media Centre

  ICS Design were very meticulous with the planning / execution of this project. The guided us by providing very useful tips that helped us to save money and worked with us from the design stage by connecting us with an architect who ensured our requirements were met. The entire project from the extension, kitchen installation, open plan concept, building a new porch to media centre build were all delivered to very high standard to the admiration of our guests who have since engaged the company to recreate similar project for them. I highly recommend ICS Design for all your building needs
