  • Complete redecoration of a 2 bed flat, including making some adjustments/improvements.

    ICS Property Services and Brett (my focal POC) were easy to deal with and extremely professional in all counts. The property needed an overhaul before renting it out and Brett and his team got the property to a better than anticipated standard. Brett was also extremely helpful in making recommendations and giving sound advice when needed. My sister had used ICS for a similar project with another exceptional outcome. I have used ICS since and will be doing so again. I would thoroughly recommend.

    I wanted a spare bedroom prepared and painted in readiness for selling my house. Nathan did a great job, he brought the room back to life.     Brett was very helpful and put me in contact with another helpful tradesman who correctly diagnosed issue with our skylight. They squeezed us in before xmas to cover first leak and then came back in May for second leak once are new skylight was fitted. Reliable, friendly, flexible and competitive even on this small job Thank you!
