We organised an electrical survey of a house we were purchasing. It took about a week after the work and repeated calls to confirm it had even been done. We were given an eta of 3 weeks but did not receive a complete report until 5 weeks. We had to make multiple calls chasing them and sent multiple emails. Only on the 5th week, when we requested information on their Trading Association to make a complaint did the report materialise. We should not have to take such time out of our days and go through added stress simply to receive a report in reasonable time.
