Tiling living room floor with marble tiles
The tiler arrived promptly at 8 AM, demonstrating excellent work ethic from the start. The tiling was completed efficiently within the same day, and the following day, they returned to finish the grouting. Bathroom floor tiling
I needed an old, failed, tiled bathroom floor taking up and a new one laid. Ian and Connor arrived on the day as promised, on time and worked quickly and diligently. Day one: old floor removed, sub floor repaired and prepped, new tiles laid. Day two (half a day): grouting and finishing touches. An excellent job, no messing about, looks great. Skimmed and tiled bathroom
Ian and his son did a great job, I would highly recommend this family run business. They we're very punctual and went the extra mile to achieve the best finish and gave us great advice along the way. Kitchen wall plastering

Refitting fallen tiles
Fantastic work from Ian and his son Connor. After a bad experience with the original bathroom fitter and these tiles having fallen after just 2 years after being put up he saw the problem straight away and made assurances that he refitted them properly. Hi, my name is Ian and am the owner of ID Building Services.
We are a family run business - father and son - who offer floor and wall tiling services including ceramic, porcelain, stone, mosaic, marble, and many others. We work locally and nationally on small jobs and large jobs for domestic and commercial clients. We tile bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools and outside water features. We even complete full or partial bathroom refits and refurbs.
We have over 15 years’ experience and a strong overall knowledge of the building trade. As well as tiling, I am time served, highly experienced plasterer offering re-skims, rendering, floating, dot and dab, k-rendering and screening.
We offer high standards at competitive prices. We are hard-working, friendly, reliable and have pride in our work. We work with customers every step of the way to ensure that we understand what they fully want from a job so that when it is completed, they are 100% satisfied.
