From start to finish, the communication was excellent. They were even there to ensure that the electrical elements I had installed separately were correct. Both Lewis and Paul were respectful of the house, clean, tidy, and highly professional. The finish is excellent, and their explanation of how to use and best manage the system was simple and clear. The air conditioning units are quiet and work exceptionally well. The timing was perfect as the heatwave begins! They even sent a follow-up message just to check that everything was working perfectly. Highly recommended!

Communication was good, messages were replied to promptly and all my questions were answered. They turned up when they said they would and did the installation to a high standard. They left the place neat and tidy afterwards and talked me through the instructions and ongoing maintenance. The price was fair. I would absolutely recommend them!

Bedroom installation. Having read the reviews on other platforms, I was already convinced they were the company for me. They are really clear in their communications and quotes, helpful in their advice, considerate in making sure you understand everything and happy to talk through every detail. We're absolutely delighted with how professional, personable, polite, clean and tidy (you'd never know they were here!) and respectful of our home. Absolute top notch job. Perfect. We’ve just had two air conditioning units installed by Ideal Air LTD. Excellent service from start to finish. The quotation process was straightforward and everything was clearly explained. On installation day, they were punctual, friendly and very professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard and looks very neat. They respected our home, used dust sheets and left everything spotless. They also took the time to show us how to use the system and answered all our questions. We’re extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company.
