We had air conditioning installed recently by Ideal Climate and the whole experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. We had two units installed, and Brad arranged for three engineers to attend so the job could be completed in a single day, which we really appreciated as it kept disruption to a minimum. Brad and the team were fast, efficient and considerate throughout the process of installing our 4 mini split Daikin system. In particular George took the time to set up the system in the app which has been excellent for operating the system.We are very happy with the result and greatly appreciated it during the recent hot weather. Brad provided a quick email response then onsite survey from my initial enquiry about installing a Air Con unit in my son's bedroom (west facing with a lot of glass so very hot !). Brad clearly explained the options and after agreeing the quote a date to install was quickly arranged.
