Avoid. Financially they are not a stable company. They did not finish the work and have left the electrically unfinished. So no safety certificate and current no building regs sign off. Nightmare. Nic was more of a recruitment consultant than a project manager. He did not check the work of the various tradesman in the later stages so we had loads of problems that are too many to list. Avoid!
