TV Wall Mounted and Fully Wired – Excellent Service

Excellent service from start to finish. The job was well scoped out, with the options clearly explained, and the work was carried out exactly as planned, despite having to overcome some unexpected wall challenges along the way. The TV looks fantastic on the wall, with the power and HDMI cables installed and completely hidden. The room was left clean and tidy, and Connor followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK. Connor is friendly, professional and very good at what he does. Big thanks!

  Great Comms and fantastic job.

I contacted five electricians and two got back to me. One was two days afterwards, three didn’t respond and Ideal got back to me immediately so got the job and I’m glad they did. Great communication and fantastic work. All completely in a timely manner and good levels of cleanliness. I will definitely use again.

  Replacement of bathroom extractor fan

Connor and Alan supplied and fitted a new extractor fan in my en-suite. They demonstrated a clear understanding of the work required and worked very effectively in a restricted loft space to achieve the required outcome. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were punctual, efficient and courteous. They completed the work neatly and left the work area nice and tidy. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the assignment. I would recommend Connor and Alan without hesitation for similar electrical work.
