We chose Ideal Home Solutions for our garage conversion after being so impressed with the roofing work they had previously completed for us. Russell managed the project from start to finish, coordinating excellent tradespeople and ensuring everything stayed on schedule. The quality of workmanship and materials was outstanding throughout. The administration and stage payment process were seamless, with payments only requested once we were happy with the completed work. The entire project was delivered at the agreed fixed price. Arrived at my house at appointed time in smart liveried vehicle. Boss introduced himself and his two colleagues. Assessed work to be carried out then then got on with the job. They all have to be commended for working on the hottest day on record. I was surprised how quickly they managed to remove old gutters, pipes and fascias and then how quickly they completed the new installation despite difficulty accessing work areas due to proximity of neighbouring house one side and an electrical substation on the other. Finished 4 sides in 2 days cleaning away all debris. Impressed and so pleased.

We used Ideal Home Improvements to replace all flat roofs and to cover with rubber material, and fit a skylight. They were able to a solution to a problem that others had been unwilling to address. The work was carried out efficiently. Communication was very good and we were kept informed of progress. Work was completed on time and to a high standard. We would happily recommend this company.

The work was carried out as promised. The workmen were friendly and carried out the task efficiently in a timely manner and left the premises tidy, would highly recommend to others.

We had our soffits, facias and guttering installed this week and I’m really pleased with the results. From getting the quote the process was easy and everyone we had contact with was courteous and helpful. The team installed it all quickly and left the house really neat and tidy. We needed them to pop back to look at one aspect and they came back the next day to check it for me. The guys even replaced a cracked tile while they were here when they found it and saw we had a spare in the garden. We were very impressed with the team, the customer service and the quality of the work!
