Internal decoration
Great internal decoration/painting work by Marcel and his crew. Good interaction and project planning with Marcel throughout.

New Kitchen and bathroom fitted, painting and decorating, plastering, flooring (wooden and Tiles), Heating and radiators, electric work (new circuit, lights fitting), carpentering (new book shelves, cupboard)
Marcel was referred to us by a close friend. He worked on our 350yr old house fully appreciating the care and attention needed and some of our specific concerns for such a building. He conducted the work with keen interest, passion and a high attention to detail. He is a pleasant, professional and trustworthy person and takes his work very seriously. He is a perfectionist and expects the same level of quality from his team. We needed ideas for certain items; he provided very creative thoughtful cost-effective solutions. We were fortunate to have him and would consult him for any future works.

Bathroom renovations, damp wall repair, painting, kitchen design, prepare hoe for re-letting.
As always (I have used them previously as well) I have total confidence in their workmanship and quality of work. I live in California and it is such a comfort to know I have someone whom I can trust and rely upon to get the job done at short notice and efficiently. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Marcel and Ideal Place Construction Ltd.

New bathroom refurb
Marcel impressed us from his very first visit. He is very precise and has an eye for detail. He understood the design brief but also added his technical know how to help bring it to life. Marcel went above and beyond to complete the job to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the finished bathroom and won't hesitate to recommend ideal place construction to family and friends.

New bathroom, toilet room and windows.
We are delighted with our new bathroom and toilet and have no hesitation in recommending Marcel. He was extremely professional and helpful in all aspects of the work at our home, from planning the rooms through to completion. Marcel is very knowledgeable, calm, friendly and polite and takes great care and pride in his work. We would certainly use his services again.

New floor and step.
Not being an expert, I changed what I wanted as the work went on and I saw how it looked. This was no problem to the guys, and any price difference was advised.
