  Sealing shower tray

  I was told that Vas was really fair with his pricing and therefore I (stupidly) trusted he would not overcharge me. He took 2 hours to remove the old sealant and put a new plastic strip and sealant around my shower tray and in the 2 corners of the wall. He then charged me £200. He told me the strip and sealant cost £45. This means he charged me £77.50 per hour. I was shocked that someone can charge this! When he sent me an 'invoice' it simply said £200 with no breakdown of costs. I asked for a breakdown of costs and Vas sent me a message saying "whats the problem". I felt he was quite rude.

  Replacement of 2 taps in bathroom and kitchen

  Billy comes highly recommended by me . He was reliable , knowledgeable and took much pride in his work . I called him on Thursday and he arrived on Friday morning . Having explained to me which types of taps I needed to buy he returned at 4.30 to fit them . Unfortunately there were problems with blockages in both U Bends and the job took him much longer than anticipated ! He refused to leave and return another time although I said he could as it was getting late . It was 8pm when he left . I paid him more than arranged as he deserved it and have already recommended him to a friend .

  Replacing Kitchen Tap

  Excellent service from Billy . Phoned first thing as Tap had stopped working and elderly mother was panicking . Billy arrived within a couple of hours and completed the work to an excellent standard . Friendly guy would highly recommend

  Fixed shower and radiator

  Installing replacement shower

  The plumber arived within 2 hours of my call and installed the shower controller. There appears to be a problem with the water pressure which will be investigated by the shower unit supplier.

  Rectifying issue with pressurised water cylinder, diagnostics, replacing shower mixer

  Very professional service and reasonably priced. The issue with my water cylinder was quickly diagnosed and the replacement part ordered. Hearing about the issues I had and several checks it was identified that there was an issue with the mixer on my shower. There was no pressure to buy expensive replacement parts, as I am moving house soon, I opted for a cheaper mixer. Very highly recommended.
