Supply and Install Dry Verge System to side of property
Jack replied promptly to my message on Checkatrade; he and Jamie arranged a convenient time to pop round, were friendly and helpful during discussions and gave a very competitive quote for the job. Whilst doing the work they discover that the roof needed some extra bits doing (tiles at the apex literally coming off in their hands), for which they gave good communication and sent through videos via WhatsApp of what they found as I was not at the property at the time. All the work was done within the day and we are very pleased with the result.
Underfelt whole roof
Excellent service kept us informed every step of the way of the way very polite young men and respectful of the fact my husband is poorly and they had to deal with me I would recommend them to anyone
Repairing a leak in the roof
The work was done soon after we got the quote by Jamie and Jack, who were friendly, polite and got on with the job, with their own scaffolding, over 2 days. After finishing, they cleared everything away and cleaned down the garage door and drive where they had been working. We are very satisfied with their work and would use them again if we had further problems.
Repair leaking gutters
Job completed with minimum fuss. No question of job being too small. Very pleasant workers. Would use again.
Replace broken soffit board
The heavy wind brought down a soffit board and I needed a swift repair to make it safe. Jack responded quickly with a fair price and replaced the soffit panel
Re pointing of chimney and sealing of lead flashing
Jamie made contact within two hours of me reaching out to arrange to come and look at the works that needed doing. He visited my property the same day and called me to inform me of what needed doing exactly when he said he would. We arranged for him to carry out the work the following week. He is extremely polite and professional, sending me images of his completed work which was great to see. I will 100% be using him again in the future and highly recommending. Thank you !
