IDH Home Decor did a visit to the cottage in a very professional manner. Ismail came across as trustworthy and knowledgeable about what was required. Ismail delivered exactly what he promised in the the initial quote. From start to finish, he was punctual, professional, and approachable. He made a real effort to accommodate my work-from-home schedule, working efficiently and respectfully around me without causing any disruption. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding—everything was done to a high standard with great attention to detail. I also appreciated how thoroughly he cleaned up once the job was completed.
