Lubo and his team did a great job with my loft insulation. They fitted rockwool insulation underneath the floor boards, Celotex boards between rafters and insulated plasterboards over the rafters. They worked with great attention to details, detecting and reporting potential problems. They also found a viable solution to my request for a mechanical ventilation system. Lubo is very honest and great to work with, all additional work was thoroughly discussed and agreed together beforehand. All the work was completed on time and according to design and electrical specifications.

We hired Lubo and his team to carry out extensive works at our dilapidated Victorian terrace. This included a full rewire, new bathroom, new hot water system, new radiator installation and some carpentry. Lubo was incredibly professional and respectful from the first meeting. We had several more meetings to hone the full scope of works and a detailed timeline was put together. Lubo’s team started right on schedule and were tidy, respectful and helpful the entire time they were working at our house. We would work with Lubo again and absolutely recommend to others!

From the 1st time we met with Lubo, when he came to estimate the project, to today we have had a great relationship with him. He's very clear on what he will deliver and is very happy to facilitate any requests where he can. The team that works with him is also very nice and fun to be around as they work. We had our bathroom completely redone, including move the toilet, bath, shower and sink in completely different locations. Quite a big job, but Lubo's guys powered through it and were done within 4 weeks. We love our new bathroom and the excellent finish and attention to detail.

I found IDL Contractors initially through HOUZZ and then looked up their profile and previous feedback on Checkatrade. The work was finished to a very high standard and will be featured in the Feb issue of GRAND DESIGNS magazine. IDL were always on time, always offered advice and looked after our home from beginning to end. I whole heartedly recommend them for any project big or small. We are looking to ask them to quote us for a kitchen extension next. Great attention to detail. Very very pleased.
