  Wall Tie Replacements

  Posted 4 days ago

Helpful and knowledgeable wall tie assessment

Ivan came out and assessed the wall ties and general wall condition of a property I'm buying, worked with the homeowner to figure out a time that worked for them, had a good thorough inspection and gave me his honest assessment of the work required, its urgency and estimated cost, while making good the site afterwards to the homeowner's satisfaction. Will be hiring him for the work once we've finished buying!

  Garage Conversion

I couldn’t be happier with the garage conversion completed by Ivan and his team at IDP Builders. They actually started earlier than expected, which was a great start, and the whole conversion was completed in just 2.5 days — far quicker than I anticipated. Throughout the job, I was kept fully up to date every day, so I always knew what was happening and what stage they were at. The quality of the work and the finish are genuinely above and beyond what I expected. The whole team were incredibly friendly, polite and respectful. They worked hard, were tidy throughout, and cleaned everything up after themselves, leaving the place looking fantastic. I’m really impressed with the end result and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ivan and the team at IDP Builders. Great workmanship, great communication and a great team from start to finish.

  Check/repair water ingress

From initial contact, they were great. Answered any queries I had. When they attended they checked whether the water damage was from the pipes or failed mortar. They repaired the hole they had to make to check the pipe work and removed the mortar and put in new. Excellent lads, very considerate of my property. Would definitely use again!
