  Service Grant oil boiler

  Tom serviced the boiler perfectly. Dismantled the heat exchanger and cleaned it more thoroughly than I've seen other engineers do it. He then fixed an issue we've had with very low hot water pressure on all our taps. We've had three other plumbers try to fix the issue. Tom sorted it first time. He's a genius! We would highly recommend Ignis.

  Terrible don't touch them nughtmare

  This man turned up was clearly asked do you know how to replace a PCB board the person who took call said yes, well he looked at wires said he didnt know where to begin and boiler was old and walked out. An hour later his company called trying to sell us an boiler. Dont use them. We eventually got the boiler working it took the engineer 1 hour.
