Replaced within a few hours, now have excellent water pressure through the flat and left the pipe work very tidy

Shaun came to install a new boiler for me. Unfortunately, less than 2 months after the boiler was installed it started leaking and could not be used as water could not be topped up. I tried to contact Shaun but had no response even though I was still supposed to be in my warranty period. Had to spend extra money getting someone else to come fix it.

Shaun contacted me very soon after I posted, well outside normal hours. Great communication about what I needed and completed the job, quickly to a very high standard. Even took the broken shower away.

What can I say. Great communication. No question I had was a problem and believe me I had some really dumb questions. Gave practical advice before starting. Turned up exactly when they said they would and even when the job turned up extra challenges solved them without any hassle. Completed to a high standard of finish and transformed the space completely. Workspace was left tidy after completion. I would have no problem using or recommending. Highly recommend ignite all trades Shaun reattached shower and tiled . Good experience he was, polite professional gave good advice. I would have to hesitation to use him again. Good price
