Arrived promptly and carried out the work to a good standard

From beginning to end this was the best experience of a major system overhaul you could ask for. The work was done to a high standard with exceptional communication throughout. Options were clearly explained at the initial consultation and the new boiler and tank were up and running on schedule with minimum disruption. Shaun and his team were thoroughly professional and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve had Shaun work at my house before.. Ive Just moved property, and my boiler was leaking. He came out checked it and told me I needed a new one. He came back the next day and fitted me a new boiler with minimal fuss with a very reasonable fuss

We were 100% happy with the boiler installation and radiator work that Ignite carried out during October. Communication with Shaun was excellent both before and during the work. He turned up when he said he would and he and his colleagues were courteous and took to minimise any mess and leave the place clean and tidy. They were also flexible in being able to do some additional work for us, including renewing the WC siphon which being old needed replacement. We'd happily use Shaun / Ignite again and recommend him to friends and neighbours. Definitely 10 out of 10.

New boiler installed for good price on agreed date. Excellent communication beforehand. Consideration shown. Firstly dust sheets were used extensively. Secondly the house belonged to my elderly mother and she was treated with consideration and kindness.

Shaun has been looking after our boilers at multiple properties for several years now, and the service has been consistently superb. Shaun is ultra reliable, very pleasant to do business with, reasonably priced and the workspace is always left clean and tidy.
