Throughout my contact with your team I have been impressed by the professionalism, thoroughness, and helpfulness of everyone I encountered. My initial enquiries were responded to promptly and positively, communications were always clear and friendly and the booking process was made very easy. The surveyor, provided useful information and guidance and his investigation and report was, on the whole, very thorough. The on-site team were brilliant; courteous, hard-working and helpful. They did a superb job and left the site clean and tidy.

Insulation arranged through EON. Surveyor visited and checked through property and confirmed process. Appointment and communication all on time and efficient. Work was carried out by two brilliant and helpful young men who were punctual and worked well together. All mess was cleared up and even washed down the drains on the drive. All in all a wonderful efficient service. Highly recommend.

Both the surveyor and the installers came when arranged and to time. I was well informed and any questions I asked was answered promptly. The job was done quickly and curiously and they tidied up after extremely well. Very pleased with the installation. One been in 3 weeks so can't say yet if it will make a significant difference but no problems so far. Would highly recommend Ignite for anyone wishing to have cavity wall insulation installed.

The job by Ignite was carried out very professionally. The lads were very good on site and communicated well about the work they were doing. Would highly recommend them.

Frank and Carl were both polite and friendly during the time at our property and carried out the work in good time.The cavity insulation filling process was explained to us and the workers then, in short, just got on with it, tidying up and taking care of our property and garden stuff as they went. The whole job was done in a matter of hours which included the time we spent discussing the job. Frank and Carl finished off with packing up their equipment and wishing us a warmer home before politely saying their goodbyes.It's these simple gestures with the great work which shows a top company! :)

The company was good at keeping to meeting schedules and were flexible in when the work could be undertaken. The "sales" person and the technical people were polite and courteous. Having just paid the final amount, I I now await the proper warranty/guarantee for the cavity wall filling.
