  Gavin helped us with our renovation project recently; replacing our boiler, repiping our house and completing a bathroom renovation. We were delighted with the service provided from start to finish. He talked us through the works in detail before starting, to ensure we were happy with the works to be carried out and that they were exactly as we’d expect - This was massively important and put our mind at ease during the process, especially with a project that size. Would recommend his services.

  So grateful for his aid repairing boiler over the phone out of hours, late at night on a Friday

  He was amazing! Really recommend him, our boiler broke down out of hours outside was -5 degrees, Friday evening. Gavin was so kind, he was with me over the phone on call very kindly and patiently working together to find the fault, then he was with me on the phone texting until after 9pm until the boiler was going well and running and the house warm. He was a live saviour! He had offered to come on Saturday if needed, but over the phone he found the fault and how to fix it. (I had called several local boiler engineers before him but either didn't answer or told me to call back on Monday).

  Replacement boiler

  Gavin was fantastic. He came and did a thorough inspection of my old heating system. He listened to what I wanted and gave me his honest opinion and advice on what he would recommend. His quote was extremely competitive but he got the job based on how he came across and his honest advice. He turned up on time and kept me up to date. He left the clean and tidy as well. He did have to come back and finish the next day but that was just because of my random pipework but turned up promised and even removed my old downstairs toilet and sink. Nothing was charged until the job was completed.

  Boiler Replacement

  If you're reading these reviews then you're lucky you've found this one. Stop reading other reviews and just give Gavin a phone and get him to sort your problem. Gavin is a rare breed of trades person that has great communication, time keeping and the technical skills required to complete the job well and do what he says when he says. He is a genuinely nice guy and definitely gets joy from his job when he does something the customer is happy with. His pricing was also very reasonable, he is happy to earn a fair wage and doesn't take advantage of emergencies like we had. Thanks again Gavin!
