My husband and I had a bit of an unexpected plastering emergency, where 3 of our ceilings were close to falling down due to old, crumbling plaster that was previously boarded over. We are so grateful to Ian, who not only replaced our ceilings, but also fixed a wall and a few smaller cracks in our property. He was so kind, so trusting and knowledgeable. He understood that we were stretched financially, and happily discussed a more achievable cost. Thank you Ian! We wouldnt hesitate to ask him to come back for more work.

Great communication, very reliable and excellent job

Ian explained everything very well and told us the best way to deal with the kitchen and delivered it professionally. Ian Is a very friendly guy and got the work done in the allocated time.

Ian has been excellent through out from quote to finish. He has explained what he was going to do, how much it would cost and completed the job to the highest standards. He left the house clean and tidy.

I can not speak any more highly for Ian and his work. An onsite survey was completed shortly after requesting a quote. Communication prior to, during and post work was fabulous. Our completed work looks amazing! Admittedly we had to wait for him to be available, however I would rather wait for the right person than have someone available to start tomorrow! Trust me, he was worth the wait! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

Ian responded quickly to my request for a quote. He came to the property on 2 separate occasions to examine the problem. He gave me a comprehensive report and explained that I needed another specialist for the work. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
