    Building Regulations passed first time.

    Great experience throughout the entire process, Simon gave sound advise and Debbie kept us up to date through the entire process. Building regulations were approved on the first submission. Would highly recommend.

    Super professional and a pleasure to work with

    We've used IHD for two projects to date. A single storey extension, and garage conversion. In both cases, Simon and Debbie have taken care of all the design and planning aspects with minimal input needed from us. They simply take care of everything ensuring you have the correct designs and paper work to move you project forward with confidence. We wouldnt use anyone else..
