Very quick call back from Gareth of I Heat Gas Services. Very quick to point out misunderstanding and that he couldn't fit a wood burner as he was a qualified plumber and gas engineer. Provided details of a suitably qualified local company (select heating) of kenfig hill, offered some useful advice and to quote for the plumbing side of the installation. Can only rate 9 based on customer service, knowledge base and professional courtesy.

Gareth was absolutely brilliant. He was able to come at short notice, after we’d been let down by another workman. He did all of the work quickly and efficiently, even giving us some tips as we go forward. On top of all this Gareth was really friendly and personable - would be more than happy to use again!

Excellent service. We were contacted immediately and given an excellent quote. He followed up the initial quote with more information and his communication was excellent through out the process. They arranged to carry out the work within a short period of time and arrived on time on the date provided. Both workmen were friendly and polite. They regularly conferred with us on decisions that needed to be made and kept us well informed. They completed the work on the same day despite this being an old house which threw up some obstacles, which they easliy overcame. Highly recommend.

Gareth at I Heat Gas Services provided an excellent boiler repair for me. A timely visit was easily scheduled in and I was provided with Gareth's knowledgeable and professional work as well as advice. I will not hesitate to use I Heat Gas Services and Gareth again for any future work, including new boiler installation when the time comes around, since they can offer good savings on new installations.

After moving into a new property yesterday I found the boiler wasn’t working meaning no hot water or heating. Gareth was out within 24hrs and fixed the problem. A+ service would recommend
