After a windy day the door to the balcony wouldn't close & handle was loose. Ihor responded quickly, attended when he said he would and was friendly and efficient. Thank you so much!

I had an old UPVC window lock shaft that broke, supplier said it was discontinued. Ihor accepted the quote whilst every other window specialist declined. I watched him MacGyver existing pieces into new ones to fit. This is quality craftsmanship and work here. He doesn't just reject jobs that are challenging, he goes and finds a way when stuck. I asked him and it's because they work on these discontinued versions in Ukraine where he's from, and I think local tradesmen simply don't anymore. Very polite, excellent at communicating, not very good at selling himself, but a skilled, class act!

There was an immediate response once I posted my job, and by the end of the day, I had a quote and an agreed start time. The quote was very reasonable. Adam was efficient and completed the job quickly but to a high standard. We were so pleased to have found him and will be recommending him to friends and family.
