Chimney Repairs
We recently had some chimney repairs done by Ian, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. After being quoted some pretty eye-watering prices by other companies, it was such a relief to find someone so honest and straightforward. Ian took the time to explain exactly what needed doing (and what didn’t), and his pricing was fair and transparent from the start. The quality of his work was excellent, he’s super reliable, efficient and friendly and he kept me constantly updated and informed. Clean and waterproof house fron
Ian was from the first contact professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and gave us options to resolve the water ingress. He was flexible about time frame and carried out the work to the highest level. We only have praise for his work. remove existing patio and dangerous steps. replace with new slabs and put in place a hand rail
Ian came along to my parents home with ideas on how to upgrade the garden. Ian worked very hard and to a very high standard. Repointing brickwork

Listed building repair
I J Builders restored a badly frost damaged external window sill on an C18 Grade II listed building. The work was painstaking and required specialist knowledge of the materials and construction of the building. The work took a number of weeks due to the processes involved and the unreliable weather.
