We’ve explained our payment policy over about 7 back and forth emails with the client who refused to accept our terms. We informed the client that we will be returning their house key and cancelling the service. Immediately after that we received the payment and an email expecting us to complete the clean. We refunded the money and returned the keys as soon as it was possible. At iKlean we do not tolerate rude and abusive behaviour.
