  Professional and knowledgeable

  We recently used the Ikonic team to reconfigure the ground floor of our house. We were thoroughly impressed. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable throughout the entire project. The works were well managed, and everyone was incredibly accommodating of our needs. The team maintained a clean and tidy site at all times, and the final result was finished to a high specification.   Knock down and new build

  We bought a dilapidated chalet bungalow that needed total renovation. Ikonic helped us get planning permission. They knocked it down to 3 old walls and built us a fabulous new 3/4 bedroom, massive open plan living space, garage and landscaped home in less than 12 months. Ikonic were attentive, reliable, perfectionists, hard working with friendly and skilled builders. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an excellent experience in the building world.

  Complete refitting of apartment stripping everything back to the structural walls and floors. and

  I had used them in the past for a substantial extension to an detached property. In both cases I found them helpful and reliable with a very good standard of work. They have also immediately responded to any subsequent issues which have arisen.

  Toby and the team carried out a full property renovation for me on my semi detached house.

  I can not highly recommend Toby and his team enough for any building works that you may need completing! Prior to meeting Toby, I had 3 previous builders come around to quote for the works, 2 never came back to me and 1 quoted a silly figure. Toby was professional from our first meeting. His team were friendly, helpful and the whole team supported me in delivering my vision for my home. I was also supported in my suggestions/changes from the initial plan. These are also the tidiest builders I've had the pleasure of working with, you couldn't tell the day the chimney was removed!!
