Lock fitting
We had previously had a terrible experience with a cowboy locksmith who had tried to replace our lock with a mediocre one, while charging us extortionate prices. So when we approached IKS we were slightly on the defensive. However, as previous reviews attest, they are extremely professional, explained what needed to be done, got the job done efficiently and at very nearly at their quoted price (which was fair).

Fitting a safe
Very impressed with Martin's service. Called up for a quote, received it within 10 minutes and the installation was booked in for 2 days later. Received a call prior to arrival with an ETA, he arrived bang on time. Really polite team, helpful with explaining how to re-set the code and tidied up afterwards. Wouldn't hesitate to contact Martin again for future needs.
