0 Bad loft conversion with no building regs

This firm started a loft conversion at our property however they did not put and protection down on carpets or furniture which they stated they would cover everything even stating they will over cover everything,but they didn't thus causing thousands of pounds worth of damage cause to my belongings ie damaged carpets,beds,mattresses,clothes,hovers which used to try and clear rubble up,they dropped my ceilings with out any thought of protecting my items the builder also didn't pay people for work completed even though we paid him also he as not provided invoices or submitted building regs .Verified reviewerJob location: BL21.67 New build

Really happy with the work carried out, there was good communication prior to booking the job and the day of arrival. The job was done nearly and he was very respectful of the property.
