I contacted Paul from IMAtechie Ltd through our local business network, and asked him to shed some light on a problem with the screen on my Apple iMac. Firstly, he didn't request a call-out charge because he is local to the area, which I thought was great community spirit and secondly, he fixed the problem in a timely manner. I was very happy with his professionalism and he explained the solution in a language that I could understand.
