10 Handyman

Stair runner fit , kitchen extractor hood hung, barn style door and rail fit and hung
Pleased with Ian’s handyman services from start to finish. Brilliant communication skills and he even tidied up at the end of the job (I disposed of any rubbish willingly). He completes jobs to a high standard and takes pride in his work. Have another list of jobs I hope to ask for his help with.Verified reviewerJob location: G13RLeanne D10 Emergency Handyman Service

Fit new worktop, unit, add socket, dishwasher and washing machine. Make new windowsill. Fix a leak.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Iain. Punctual, tidy and knowledgeable in his trade! We were adding a dishwasher and a unit to our kitchen, with new worktop. Iain had to rejig the pipe work, add new sockets to accommodate the dishwasher and also add a new double socket at the far side of the kitchen. He also had a tricky windowsill to support and make. He reinstalled the sink and plumbed it in and everything was then finished off with sealant. Couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job and will certainly ask him to come back to work on any other projects in the future.Verified reviewerJob location: G51RIngrid B10 Handyman

Exceptional Handyman, Quality Service
Iain is very talented in many areas. He has a knowledge that surpasses the usual level of a handyman, meaning he is able to easily spot issues with others work and immediately rectify them. Iain is also very friendly and approachable, and does not hesitate to explain what he is doing and why. Overall, Iain is an exceptional handyman and I would highly recommend him to anybody considering using his services.Verified reviewerJob location: G6610 Handyman

Laminate flooring in the kitchen and other jobs including completion of a shower area.
Great finishing on the laminate floor, was herringbone and involved a lot of detailed angles and cuts. Was very happy with the finish. Iain also went out of his way to finish other jobs for me ahead of a house valuation at short notice going the extra mile to make sure everything was done for me. Thankyou!Verified reviewerJob location: G12RKirstin S10 Emergency Handyman Service

Door bar fitting and installation
Was looking for someone to fit a doorbar and look at another that wasn’t fitted correctly. Iain was great, efficient and clear. Also quickly priced another potential job. Will definitely give him a call if I have anything else that needs done around the house!Verified reviewerJob location: G41RMiruna B
