IM Construction London lacked communication throughout the project, leading to misunderstandings and delays. They failed to update us on progress and were often unreachable when we needed clarification.

Rear extension work
IIM Construction was recommended to us by our friends , as we needed rear single storey extension to be built. Everything went really smoothly , hassle free and we are really delighted with the finishing product delivered by Iliyan and his team. Last but not least , to note that the price was very reasonable. Will be definitely rely on them next year for another upcoming project we are planning on.

Brewery fit out
They have done a few things for us at our brewery for fit out including building and fittI go out the kitchen and offices, making the walls sanitary and fit for food production and changing the layout of the space. Great to work with, trustworthy, quick and would highly recommend.

Full ground floor extension
Iliyan and Radu stepped in to help us when another building firm a) failed to complete works to a reasonable standard, and b) left existing works needing remedial action. They were brilliant - super-punctual, quiet (to the extent that's possible!) efficient, tidy. The work is of a really high standard and Iliyan is particularly meticulous about doing things right, instead of cutting corners as we've witnessed before. The price was also reasonable. Strongly recommended.

Renovation
Absolutely terrible!!!! We were recommended these guys from friends who recently did their renovation close to us. The fact they were able to do everything in one go and they came round to do the quote quickly made us feel positive about the experience. We agreed on a price and the work to be done and had a date set. We had the whole kitchen delivered when they pushed the date back, then they pushed it again and a final time back another month! Then said they can’t do it and they feel the trust is lost from his side!!!! Don’t waste your time and get someone reliable! Shocking!
