Jamie, Emily, Dan, David and the team are consummate professionals. The quote was not the cheapest but I’m glad I went with my gut and chose IMD. From start to finish they were organised, communicative, professional and courteous, leaving the space clean and done to a high standard, while allowing for the little niggles that inevitably come up. Would definitely consider them for future work. Highly recommended.

IMD Projects completed our full home refurbishment -including bathroom, kitchen, flooring, painting, carpets, and bifolds - on time and within budget. Emily and Jamie provided excellent project management and kept everything running smoothly. Great workmanship, clear communication, and a stress-free experience from start to finish. Our experience with IMD Projects was average. Communication started well but declined over time, leading to misunderstandings. There was a lack of coordination between the project handler/admin and the team, which affected the workflow (e.g., we had almost 2 months delay). Attention to detail was not as thorough as expected. However, Dan and Sam were professional and hardworking, but not everyone met the same standard. While the refurbishment, including flooring, painting, and electrical work, was completed, better communication and precision would have improved the overall experience.

IMD team is simply an amazing super-team for creating our sweet home. The team is patient in listening to our needs, and very helpful in providing advice on options that best suit our requirements. The work quality is very high. The team is largely on track of the original schedule. and communicates well the unexpected and unavoidable events that need more time. We really appreciate the marvelous team work.

IMD have always delivered, hence have used them frequently. Never been let down either in aspect of quoting, scheduling, or delivery and completion. Thoroughly impressed by the way the refit was carried out.
