Excellent customer relations from initial contact to completion, easy to discuss options and cost. we agreed a time and price and it went easy to completions. the team turned up as planned used a vacuum cleaner to tidy as they went along and also when drilling holes. The commissioning and handover was smooth. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

Absolute A+ service from Impact. Jamie went above and beyond in terms of customer service and relations to ensure I got the desired A/C unit for my needs. As a tricky customer with so much choice out there Jamie spent days going back and forth with me providing me with info and suggestions till we had what I needed.....A bunch of friendly guys then turned up and did a fuss free installation, no mess or problems just got it done ☑️ A great team and company to deal with! Will recommend them to everyone. Thanks Jaime and the team 👍🏻
