Bathroom fiting
Terrible experience with Impact building solutions. The job was supposed to be finished in December but this rolled over to January which I was understanding of . There were various issues throughout however the major issue was the incorrect plumbing of the hot and cold in the shower. This was fixed in March yet I am still waiting for bathroom to be re-grouted after this has been fixed. It has not been 3 months since This was promised to be resolved. Removal of bathroom suite and tiles, replace with new bathroom suite, tiling and install new shower
Most issues were rectified within the first 3 weeks, this was after a lot of chasing and upsetting messages and conversations. There was an issue that was classed as additional works, Lewis agreed to supply labour at no extra charge to me, unfortunately three months later I have had to pay another tradesman to complete the job.Verified reviewerJob location: CV310 Bathrooms

New en suite
Lewis and his team at Impact have done a fantastic job installing our new en suite. Lewis has some great design ideas but also makes sure everything it totally the customers choice. The team work hard, they keep the area as clean and tidy as possible and they’re a pleasure to have around. Removal of bifold doors and creation of a new stud wall to plaster finish
Lewis and Wayne have done a brilliant job for us. The quote was done quickly and was competitive versus others we received. The communication in terms of when the work could start was excellent and the team arrived promptly when they said they would. The work was done to a high standard and there was minimal disruption to the rest of the house - the guys are tidy and clean up after themselves. Installing a shower cubicle and tiling the walls
Work was for my elderly mum and dad. They are very pleased with their new walk in shower and are singing the praises of the workman. Work was done efficiently and within a quick timescale. Bathroom project. Completely gutted and fixed up brand new.
Lewis and his team were fantastic on our bathroom project. They really cracked on, getting loads of significant work done early. We had everything old taken out, and replaced with brand new. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of finish, all details considered. Good advice was given throughout and prices charged were good and fair as they should be.
