  Contacted Impact Molling, Shane came round quickly to check out the problem, it was obvious he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. The very reasonable quote for the work was received and a date arrange for the work. Shaune and his team arrived as as advised and worked in very poor weather conditions to instal the new pipe. At all times they took great care to to keep disturbance to a minimum, on completion you would not have known the work had been done. This is a first class company and team that I would highly recommend.

  Water Main Renewal

  I used Impact Moling to run a new water main across my garden, I can't recommend Sean and Tom enough, they did the job perfectly and left the garden like it had never been touched, 100%.

  A first class service

  We've just had Impact Moling fix a serious leak outside our property. We were very pleased with the service, and quality of work of Sean and his team. We could see it wasn’t an easy job re access to the pipework, but the challenge was approached throughout in a good humour, with lots of care to our garden, paths and plants, and with excellent tidying up and returning to its original state on completion. It was a first class job and we’re most grateful to them and will certainly be highly recommending them to anyone we know ever with a similar problem! Liz and Stephen, Winchester.

  High quality work from an excellent team. Highly recommend.

  Sean and his team came to lay pipework to connect new meters to my property and three adjacent properties (replacing a shared supply). I highly recommend them. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, helpful, going above and beyond. The quality of the work was excellent and they completely cleaned up after them selves (sweeping up after digging and filling holes etc., fixing paving stones). All four properties are in agreement that they did an excellent job.

  Absolutely Outstanding Service from Impact Moling

  We were genuinely so impressed with the service provided by Impact Moling. From start to finish, everything was clearly explained, with full transparency about what was happening next. Despite facing considerable challenges—including tricky ground conditions, a steep garden angle, and a narrow, enclosed patio—the team tackled it all with incredible good humour and professionalism. Nothing was insurmountable. The price was extremely reasonable given the sheer amount of hard work, logistical planning, and technical skill involved. They deliver good old-fashioned service with a smile.

  Highly recommended

  Impact Moling are friendly and professional and have been every step of the way. They have supported me through an issue with Bournemouth Water which would still be ongoing if IM hadn't gone several extra miles for me in order to get it resolved. They conducted the moling work at my property rapidly and explained everything to me clearly. The value for money and customer care is exceptional.
