This guy saved my sanity at a desperate time. Yes, professional, but being kind was thrown in for free. Sunny is who you want in your trench standing next to you. What higher recommendation does anyone need?

Excellent service from start to finish. Sonny was friendly, professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Before leaving, he thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was working properly. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and would highly recommend him.

Had a call from our tenant at 3:30am, they had a leak flooding their flat and the flat below. Found Impeccable on Google, they answered straight away, said they would be there in 30 minutes and actually turned up in 23 minutes. Unbelievable speed, minimised the damage to the flats and even removed what water they could from the floor whilst there. I had rung six “24/7 emergency” plumbers before finding Impeccable’s details, with not one of them answering. If you need things sorted quickly Impeccable are the guys!
