    Clearing drain blocked by roots

    We were advised of the plummers approx eta which was revised several times but we were kept informed. When the plumber Tristan arrived he quickly located the problem and spent a full hour resolving it. He communicated well throughout and advised on further action to rectify the larger problem. Very happy with the outcome.
