    Kal and his team did an excellent job on out outdoor cladding. They made sure that we were happy with the work they were doing and they finished it beautifully. They cleaned up after themselves too. I’d highly recommend them.

    Great work on new stud wall

    Excellent - Kal on behalf of Imperial took out an old fitted wardrobe and put up a new wall for me and skirting board. Kal was flexible with work times and put in a lot of hours to make sure it was on time. Very friendly and good to work with, and I’d certainly recommend to others.

    Concrete flooring.

    Once contacted by Imperial with a decent quote the job was scheduled quite promptly. On due date they kept me up to date re; arrival time. Job was only a small one but completed in a good time and to a great standard. I will certainly be using Imperial again for future jobs.

    Did not show up to arranged visit (they chose the day and time)

    We arranged a time for a visit two days in advance. The day and time was entirely chosen by tradesman. They apparently missed their alarm clock and forgot about our meeting (meeting was at 11 am). I tried to contact them all morning before the visit. Tried to call them a dozen times through whatsapp an phone, to no avail. This was to get a quote prior to a sale: the sellers, estate agent and buyer were all present, for nothing. It's that kind of tradesperson. Unreliable, rude, unprofessional.

    Shed Assembly

    Turned up when agreed. Was very polite & discussed the job in detail. A group of colleagues then assembled the shed efficiently & effectively. Professional job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

    Full house renovation
