Never turned up to change door and took my money
Avoid! As mentioned before!! I’ve been very patient, but similar to previous reviews, he never turned up, never returned my deposit! Ignored and make a million and one excuses, didn’t turned up when he said he would, now going through claims court!

PLEASE AVOID. DO NOT USE
I am sorry to say that we paid £500 as a deposit for some replacement windows over 3 months ago and to date we have no windows and no deposit returned - despite a number of promises We have tried a number of times to get our money back via calls, letters and emails without success Marius has advised that we will have the money returned “today” “tonight” “when I get back home” but nothing has arrived so far. Unfortunately we have had to now resort to legal proceedings and are awaiting a judgment from the county court Please beware

The refund was send long time ago to this customer. I don’t know why is keeping saying that they newer get refund. Plus was they’re choose to cancel the order.

Fi new timber sash windows.
Smooth transaction from deposit to finish. Imperial fit our 7 timber sash windows. High quality and nice finish. They did a good job. Very nice team, very polite. Definitely will use them again.

Time waster
I contacted Marius to replace some window panes. He didn't turn up to quote or contact me. After he eventually came he said he would text within the hour but did not. I contacted him again and he set another date for the work but didn't show or have the courtesy to contact me again. He then said he would come the next day. I asked him to let me know if there was any issue as I had already rearranged two appointments/taken time off. He didn't show and ignored all communication. He has zero respect/ consideration for other people's time.

I’ve newer agreed to any work to be done to this customer. We never take any deposit or any invoice was not send to this particular person.
