Ryan was very efficient and courteous . He arrived assessed and prepared the job . Purchased the right replacement and fitted correctly . The pricing was quite reasonable and very competitive . I already have a second job lined for Imperial Locks and will highly recommend this company .

Work was assessed and completed in good time. No hanging about. Very pleasant young man and assistant. Tidied up afterwards and assisted with sorting miscellaneous items needed to be moved to allow the door to be hung.
