Help when others had turned us down

new shower fitting.
call out was very quick, had someone out in a couple of hours of first contact. Next day was due first call but was advised over hour later than expected that due to problem with van plumber would not be with me until 12. however they were with me by 10.30 still later than originally planned but they were very friendly and efficient. job done within hour.
