Complete heating and bathroom installation
Ben installed 3 bathrooms and one downstairs toilet, all hot and cold work supplies and all underfloor heating system. Ben is so reliable and has always been polite and respectful, he always explains what he is doing and always makes sure I understand it all. He never leaves any mess behind. Provided advice and bought us the correct stop cock key
I have never used Imperial Plumbibg previously, but Ben was a godsend. One quick phone call and he gave me great advice. He even bought for me the stop cock key that I needed and delivered it to me the next day. Shower not mixing hot and cold water properly

Shower Unit Replacement
Our shower temperature control stopped working correctly and after placing a request on Checkatrade, Ben contacted us. He came to the house today and after checking that the cartridge couldn't accurately be replaced and that the control mechanism was sheered, he procured and fitted a new shower unit for a reasonable price.
