    We had calculations done for the removal of 2x chimney breasts. Chris was excellent - we walked around the house and he provided lots of advice on things we should consider, including the fact we would need to change lintels above our window and door very soon which we are actioning now. Their office staff are excellent - very fast email responses and generally just lovely! Very professional service from Chris and team, fast report turnaround and very thorough detailed drawings. I would recommend their services and will be using them again for future projects. Thank you Imperium engineering!

    Kostas was fantastic, he helped us figure out which walls within the property were load bearing, whether a full chimney breast could be removed and what type of lintel we required as our internal walls were abnormally thin. Calculations were provided in excellent time as well (as we required them in advance of our builders arriving). Thank you, would certainly recommend.

    The survey, detail of report and followup to ensure safe delivery of PDF file were all 100% The 14 day lead time to deliver the report was not good, a lot was riding on the report and there was no flexibility or willingness to fast track it - inappropriate, given the fee already significantly higher than an RICS survey, If I had to do this again, I'd find someone with a quicker turnround time.
