• Renewing the roof

  We were very happy with everyone we dealt with before, during and after the work; the quality of the work, the roofing gang who undertook the job and the management of the project. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Scaffolding and skip were removed within a week of the work ending. We highly recommend Impington Roofing Services.

  Lack of communication. We were constantly having to contact them to find out when they were coming out. Loft overflow pipe removed and left disconnected for five day. Told them we would pay when scaffolding is removed, then waited a further three weeks for this to happen. Then scaffolders turned up at 8-00am on a Sunday morning to do this. We then had to contact them again to have the guarantee sent out after waiting another two weeks. Quality of work good except for one soffit board not fitted properly, contacted them and still waiting another two weeks for this to be put right.

• New slate roof and velux windows

  I have used Impington Roofing Services several times over the years to repair my old slate roof. I've now had a completely new roof fitted, and new Velux windows installed by them. The quote was fair and they stuck to it. The workmen are punctual, polite, pleasant to have around and their work is excellent. They took trouble to make sure everything was tidy and clean afterwards and were always extremely considerate. I have highly recommended Impington Roofing to friends and will continue to do so.

• Large flat roof with several roof lights

  In difficult winter weather the team stripped off an elderly, felted asphalt-concrete covering, plus the soggy plywood decking underneath. All of the materials were carefully removed from site with minimum disruption, even though it all had to come through the house. The roof-lights were re-seated and new decking and a robust rubber roof was installed. It's all just been put to the test by Storm Isha, it passed with flying colours!
