Solid recommendation.
Jeff completed a full bathroom refurbishment for us which we are extremely pleased with. The job was more complex than expected, including levelling joists, improving extractor fan ventilation and installing a fully tiled shower with a built‑in seat and shelf. We also changed the taps during the project, requiring additional pipework. Communication was excellent throughout, with all extra time and costs agreed in advance. Experienced, polite and professional.
Jeff made contact by mobile very promptly. He made an appointment for the very next day. He arrived early and completed the 3 jobs I had asked of him very professionally. He established why a shower was leaking, fitted a new outdoor tap and fixed some indoor taps. He is clearly very experienced and has a very amicable manner. Jeff was our emergency plumber brought in at short notice after a workman accidentally drilled through a central heating pipe. Despite it being a stressful situation, Jeff was calm and kind as he efficiently remedied the situation on a late Friday evening.
